Draughting and visualising a considered interior.
Located in South West London, this full-home renovation was led by Bucknall James and Anna Pullan Design. Brought on early in the process, my role was to support the development of detailed drawing packages across the project - starting with furniture layouts and bathroom design - communicating design specifications with the contractor team.
Working from the architect’s floor plans and in close collaboration with Bucknall James Interiors, coordinated furniture plans were produced to translate layouts and specifications into accurate, construction-ready drawings. Plans and elevations were also developed for eight bathrooms, using designer sketches, finishes, sanitaryware, and joinery references. In some cases, 3D elements were modelled to help communicate intent more clearly.
Later in the process, I was asked to visualise the open-plan kitchen and living space. While most of the design had been finalised, the client remained undecided on the kitchen cabinetry finish. The goal was to compare material options and provide visual clarity before sign-off.
The space was rebuilt in 3D using architectural plans, elevations, and a complete finishes schedule. Furniture and lighting were modelled to spec, and materials were custom-textured to reflect two proposed directions: one in a darker, richer timber; the other in a lighter oak. The visuals helped communicate tone and atmosphere, enabling the client to make a confident decision and providing the design team with a clear, cohesive way to present the scheme.
